Caramel Apple Dip

2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese

1 c. brown sugar

1 t. vanilla

1 jar butterscotch caramel sauce

1/2 pkg. Heath bar bits

mini chocolate chips

Apples

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla. Spread on a plate. Carefully drizzle butterscotch caramel on top. Sprinkle with Heat bar bits and chocolate chips. Refrigerate. Serve with apple slices.
